Business Process Analyst Freelancer

A senior analytical profile for complex, multi-stakeholder environments

Intellegis Consulting is looking for an experienced freelance Business Process Analyst to collaborate on upcoming client engagements. We work on complex transformation programmes in regulated industries — where the quality of the analysis directly determines the quality of the outcome.

Your Role

• Business process (impact) analysis for different stakeholders — mapping how work flows and where it breaks down
• Document and validate business requirements and acceptance criteria — ensuring every requirement is clear, agreed, and traceable
• Testing, validation, and go-live support within a central delivery team
• Key-user support, training, and knowledge transfer — making sure the people who will use the new system are ready and confident

Requirements

• Good knowledge and experience with SAP ECC
• Experience with BPEM (Business Process Exception Management)
• Fluent in English — this is the working language on most engagements
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills — you manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills — you can lead a room and document what comes out of it

Nice to Have

• Experience in the utility or energy sector, ideally with knowledge of the Belgian market
• Dutch and/or French — additional language skills are a genuine asset on Belgian client sites
• A track record on large migration initiatives — you know what complex looks like and you’ve delivered through it
• Functional analyst experience in the SAP domain — the ability to bridge process and system is highly valued
